United Valve is the only valve service company with its own in-house radiographic (RT) facilities. Our 420 Kv x-ray machine is used extensively to evaluate castings and weldments up to 4.2” thick. This RT capability allows us to perform ANSI B16.34 “special class” inspections and upgrades quickly and with total quality control. All RT work is performed by ASNT certified Level II personnel, in accordance with current ASME & ASTM specifications.
