Control Valves

United valve has the capabilities and expertise to repair, and to manufacture special trims for control valves.

We work closely with a control valve design engineer to develop solutions to many control valve problems including excess cavitation, incorrect flow characteristics and noise.

Trim package designs are received from the design engineer and are translated into cad-cam, 3D drawings, which are then fed to the appropriate CNC machine. The finished trim components are then thoroughly inspected and shipped to the customer.
