Our entire facility is linked via a comprehensive computer network that allows us instant access to virtually every facet of manufacturing, purchasing and accounting information. Every shop activity is monitored by barcode data collection. Every sub-routine involved in a modification or repair is recorded real-time, to allow monitoring of orders by supervisors as well as customer service personnel.

All MTR’s are scanned and recorded digitally with each work order file. All pressure tests as well as NDE reports are also digitally entered and stored for quick retrieval

An extensive OEM non-conformance database allows us to track every defect or anomaly found during the processing of an order. This detailed information is logged and periodically presented to each manufacturer so appropriate corrective action may be taken to help prevent future occurrences.
